Jordan grew up in the Perth hills and spent lots of time outdoors with his 3
brothers. Seeing genuine Christian faith displayed in his parents helped Jordan recognise that Christianity was good but the question came later at University if it was exclusively true. Jordan worked as a Chemical Engineer before moving to the UK to study at the OCCA Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. Returning to Australia Jordan completed an MDiv in Perth while a Youth Pastor. He then worked as an itinerant evangelist & apologist speaking internationally on the truth and goodness of the Christin faith. Jordan now works as Senior Pastor at Providence Midland. He is married to Rachel, has 4 kids, and loves getting outdoors for a swim or run – usually trailed by his kelpie Bandit.

Stephen has pastored and planted churches for much of his ministry life, but has always loved writing about and critiquing the modern West from a theological and cultural perspective. In recent years he has been a sought after speaker for church communities and parachurch organisations as they determine how to remain faithful and fruitful in a hardening secular space. His book Being the Bad Guys was Australian Christian book of the Year 2021, and his follow-up book, Futureproof, explores how the Christian church can offer a better and more compelling story than those on offer in the culture. He and his wife Jill and their teenage son moved to Sydney from Perth in 2024, and still feel like tourists on the east coast!
